How to get rid of pimples?

  The best thing to do right now is not to panic. How many days away is the event you're going to? Back acne, like face acne, has to be treated the same, but with a little more roughness, so to speak. I have had the same problem, but was able to fully get rid of the acne, and make it stay that way, within a week. What I did, is I used an exfoliating body wash (preferably the organic kind, I got one at TJmaxx for a very good deal, and it worked very well) along with an exfoliating sponge.. if you go to Ulta, or Sephora, they will know what you're referring to. Make sure you do this exfoliating scrub every day, for at least seven days, and then apply lotion after - but not the super thick kind, the medium, as more fat will cause even more acne to appear. Also, try not to eat a lot of fatty foods, especially wheat-containing items. Best of luck! I'm sure you'll look beautiful in your gown!
