My first recommendation is to try a new browser. I see you're using Internet Explorer which i highly recommend not to. You can try Chrome by Google. It works like a charm and is lightening fast. https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ If it still doesn't work, please come back with a new screenshot.
