What year was thutmose the fourth born in?

What if 1 twin was born on December 31 11:59 pm the year 1999 and the other twin was born on January 1st 12:00 am the year 2000?

  Of course it doesn't, there would only be a minute or two between their ages, it would just look like they were a year apart until you read their birth certificates more closely. Twins can be born months apart as well, but that is a different scenario. We had a similar dilemma a few years ago, one of our relatives died exactly on midnight, so which year did he die in because midnight is neither one year or the other. Many years later we still don't know exactly what to say, was it 31st December ...... or was it 1st January.......?
