    Nervousness is not a negative. It shows that you care. The 2 most important things the boss wants to know are if you will show up on-time and will you work hard. Start off the interview by saying those 2 things. Since this is your first job, there are almost no questions that really help the boss decide. Can you work nights. Can you work weekends Can you work close to other people How would you handle an angry customer Why are you applying here. Go in and do your best.

Well, i just went through my first interview about a month ago and i too am 16 with social anxiety. In my interview at least my interviewers (there was two of them) didn't ask a single question about expiernce. I think the best way to ease the tensions is to let them know its your first interview this really helps! Hope i helped and good luck!
