Your problem is Adobe FlashPlayer for videos to play in bad quality, plugins and might be even internet speed as well. At the same time you may have configured Flash videos to be played with Hardware Accelerator Active but your GPU isn't supporting well videos. 1st install Firefox, 2nd update Adobe FlashPlayer, 3rd install video codecs and at the end deactivate Hardware Accelerator and especially if your PC is laptop in order to let your GPU to make Software Render and not Hardware One so it will not waste ram capacity from system.

youtube(google ) has changed the default player to HTML5 instead of flash , if you delete the file ffmpegsumo.dll the browser will use flash instead as the HTML5 player doesn't work, but the file will be recreated when you restart the browser so you could delete it and make an empty file of the same name using notepad
