well the most universal way to do so is working out at least 3-4 times a week at the gym and watch what you eat for now then after you are officially fit eat what you want when you work out burn those calories so you can eat unhealthy food and it won't affect your weight has long as you stay true to your workout schedule just remember to get protein in your diet.
