Drinking alcohol once a month will not make you lose muscle. Even more frequent drinking doesn't make you lose muscle, all it does is make you gain more fat. You can easily work it off though if your dedicated. I have a lot of friends who are pretty diesel and drink every other day. Your day after feeling is most likely a hangover, or just feeling like junk from the alcohol. Unless your a body builder, I wouldn't worry about the effects of drinking once a month. If you really feel bad, just do a double work out the next day..***:D
