How to add links on the fly in a website?

How can you add a large number of links to your website without having to add each one individually?

There is always more than one way to do something, but if it were me, and I had 100 links to post...: * I'd probably compile them in a document, and just add that to the page, OR copy/paste it in one fell swoop.
