    Sorry - but you can't. You certainly wouldn't find any genuine Disney auditions online. Disney gets its actors from a few top LA agencies, which get their clients from top LA stage schools, where they've been studying acting, singing and dancing since they were about 6 years old. TV and movie production is a multi-billion dollar business. They're simply not going to waste their time and money auditioning anyone who wants to. They only want to see very well-trained and very experienced actors, so they get their favourite agents to send them suitable children. You have to understand that millions of kids want the same thing as you - but only a tiny percentage will ever get to do so.

You can't find it because Disney does not hold open auditions for their shows. That's not how the industry works. For most professional work you have to be invited to audition, usually through a talent agent. Contrary to popular belief, Disney actors or not plucked from obscurity.
