  Below is how you do it for a Desktop....Have not set it up on anything else....I know of no other download for what you want....give it a try. Download while on your device. If you do not already have Yahoo Messenger you will have to download it.....this is the download link. https://messenger.yahoo.com/download/ Once you have it follow the below instructions...You must be signed in to yahoo messenger to hear the alerts. You can place it out of view in the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen by clicking on the MINUS sign...upper right on the Messenger screen. 1. With Messenger open, click on "Messenger." 2. Click on "Preferences." 3. Click on "Alerts & Sounds." 4. Check the box next to "Enable alert sounds." 5. Check the box next to "Alert me when someone signs on or off by showing a message at the bottom right corner." 6. Check the box next to "Playing a Sound."(Click on BROWSE to the right of this for the sound you want) 7.
