What is an example of an impact you have at your job?

• I am filling out a resume for a first time and it asks "what impact did you have during your time at this job?" I need help and no one will help me. Please help me.

  What changes did you make. financial impact, environmental, social, etc. You may have increased sells, or saved money somehow (which is just as powerful, if not more powerful than increasing sells, since you don't get taxed for a penny saved) You may have connected the organizational in some way with something else. Certain clients, the community. You may have been a joy to work with, and helped people when they were stressed. Each of these is an impact. You make an impact every day you work. Find out the good ones and explain. Examples: I increased new-client revenue by 50%, exceeding quotas by 100%. I helped organize a community event, tightening the bond between the organization and the local area. I provided a consistent positive attitude in even the more stressful situations by working extra, and ensuring my teammates completed their tasks effectively. Be honest and use measurable or provable facts.
