YouTube won't let me monetize video that mentions Google Glass?
-
My YouTube account is in good standing and I have several videos that are monetized My channel settings, I click on the feature > monetization , and the status is enabled However, when I click on view monetization settings, YouTube throws me a "500 internal server error" This is on one specific video only where I have mentioned and tagged Google Glass I own all content and rights to this video, however I am not able to monetize it I am a small channel ie less than 100 subscribers and am unsure why my account has been singled out, for this specific video (only) with no warning or communication from YouTube Also, when I go to my video manager, and try to edit the video in question > info and settings, I get the same "500 internal server error" The only option I have that Youtube allows for me to do on this video is to delete it? Yet all my other videos are monetized. I own all rights to it Is Google singling out videos that mention Google Glass? Does anyone know why this is happening, and what my options are?

Answer:
I don't think the subject of the video has anything to do with it. There are lots of videos about Google Glass and a lot of them are monetized. An "internal server error" is just what it is: a glitch on the server. It should probably work after a day or so. If not, try reuploading the video and you should be fine.
