Why won't my camera work on Omegle?

    Actually it's not a derp answer. Actually do you even know what derp is? Derp. Online Webcam applications are mostly written in Adobe Flash on AS2 or AS3 architecture, with some being written in Java and present them self's as a Java Web Servlet. If a camera is functioning as it should on your computer then that's a good sign, indicating that drivers and actual hardware are functioning. Now do to Flash privacy policy you may need to accept/grant access to your camera to the requesting application as per Privacy Policy of Flash in regards with Windows/Other System API Hardware interaction.
