Someone posted a picture of me on Facebook and I don't want to be on Facebook, is there any way I can have Facebook get rid of it?

I don't have a Facebook account and I never will, but someone posted an image of me on Facebook and they won't get rid of it no matter now many times I ask.

Answer:
Near the photo there should be a report option, you can request that it be removed. But don't get your hopes up that anything will be done, facebook has crappy customer service.
