How many active mobile subscribers are there in China?

Looking for statistics on kids' mobile/tablet usage for China and India, or global. How many parents allow kids to use their smartphones, how much time a day, and how many apps paid/free are downloaded by parents for their kids?

  My son is 12. I place limits on his screen time, but it is often less a case of exact time, but instead of how much time and attention he has given to other things. If his homework is completed, his chores are done satisfactorily, and he wants to play on his phone/tablet or watch TV, I will generally be OK with that. But I also make sure he stops well before bedtime so that he can wind down (with occasional exceptions of watching TV at bedtime on a weekend). This usually translates to about 30 minutes to an hour of screen time on school nights, with extra allowances for listening to music or podcasts. I also give consideration to whether or not his activity is educational. When he was younger, I was much stricter about such things, but now I am more lenient. I generally am OK with him playing free games, as long as they are not eating up loads of time. I rarely buy paid apps except for those needed for organization or etc. The one exception I can think of is Minecraft.
