How to write a program to monitor the temperature of CPU?

Is my CPU temperature safe??(( please help i'm really worry ))?

    That's a bit over the normal/peak operating temperatures. Ideally the maximum it should reach is not above 60°C. It really varies depending on processors, you can keep it pushed at high temperatures but only for a short amount of time without the risk of damaging it. Bottom line: way too high, are you sure the temps are really from your cpu? keeping it at that temperature for a period of time can seriously burn it out.

80°C is about the limit for that CPU, it is not the CPUs fault. Try getting a better CPU Fan, or get better air flow throw the case. That will solve to heating issue.
