Why doesn't adding a message to Open Graph like button work?

• I'm developing a web app that uses custom Open Graph objects and actions, in a web page showing an Open Graph object I have a Facebook like button (according to Facebook's developers documentation). When a user is clicking on 'like' it first asks to confirm the like, after the like is confirmed, it opens a popup to add a comment to the like action. The problem is that clicking on 'Post to Facebook' after adding a comment doesn't work, the comment is becoming gray for a second like its posting to Facebook, but then reverts back and the dialog stays open. no comment is posted to Facebook (the like does get posted). Why is this happening? is it something I can fix ? Why does the 'confirm' thing appear for the like action ? I read somewhere that it'll automatically disappear once people are using the app and confirming likies. is it true ?

  Why is 'confirm' appearing is more important. It happens more during development and testing an app. Typically, we create a user a/c using which we test the like functionality. When we need to test like multiple time during development, we follow very simple steps: unlike and like again. Now look at it from Facebook's point of view. Every unlike to an object (i.e. domain in this case) is a negative feedback to Facebook and frequent unlikes are strong negative. There becomes a suspicion of a trick, misinformation or non-human behavior. As a result, Facebook blacklists that domain and rather than actually posting the like, starts asking for confirmation of the action with more info. When the app goes out and people actually start liking (after taking pain to confirm) the object, it sends positive feedback to Facebook and after enough likes accumulated, the domain comes out of blacklist and the like starts behaving normally.
