What are the requirements for a Cuban national to enter Spain?

Are the driver's license requirements in Spain the same through out or is each Province different?

• I am researching the requirements on how to obtain a license, renew or replace if you were born in Spain and live there. Is there different requirements per Province or does all of Spain have the same requirements?

• Answer:

  The driving license is the same all over Spain. If you want to renew it, the requirements and the price are the same in any province, in fact any official `process to get it is the same in any province. But if you are a learner preparing for the test, you have to take some lessons (this is mandatory, altough I ignore the actual amount of lessons), and as these lessons are offered by private academies, the price varies a lot. For example, taking 25 lessons  in Donostia (my town), is around 1250 euros (50 euros per lesson), while in Cadiz would be less than 500. It is all about the general cost of living in Spain - south is heaps cheaper than north basically.
