Are 13 year olds allowed to create their own websites? And if Yes what are the links?

Well, there really isn't any rules about age when it comes to making your own website, but you do have to maintain it. There is this one website that I like that allows you to build your own site for free. It's called moonfruit.com. You can make an account and then follow a template. It's really user friendly and even if you know nothing about making a website it works. As long as you edit it every 6 months, it's yours for free. When you name it it's called thenameofyoursite.moonfruit.com, but later you can pay about 10 dollars a year I think and have it just be thenameofyoursite.com and still have their template. But yeah, hope it helps!!
