I have updated my Blog post, does Google know it?

Yes, but Google will only know it when it the spider recrawl your website again. To make things fast, ping your updated post.

Yes Google index all blogger post by default, if face some problem, please submit URL in webmaster

I think google doesn't get it that quickly, you need some pingback or trackback plugin if you want google to know about every update you've made instantly.
