How can I find the measure of a circle's arc without it's radius?

All you can do is give the length of the arc as a fraction of the circumference. arcAB = (50/360)C = (5/36)C or (5/18)(pi)(r)

If you don't have a single length measurement on there than the problem is unsolvable. If you're meant to find the lengths using a ruler, find the radius.
