Google Voice, for sure. As a general rule, most apps made directly by the company who's service the app uses is the best. (Not always, but most of the time)

Talkatone is the only one you can use to make calls -I think- since the google app won't allow you that takes away the main reason to have it. I have both and use the google app to text the other one to call and receive.
