    right now you are walking around at a lean 105. if all you do are bodyweight exercises you could drop down to around a healthy weight of 100lbs from toning and losing flab. although I don't know your body fat % or bmi. so if you want to gain weight you are going to have to put mass on your frame which means you have to start lifting. anyways, do a split. something similar to this: day 1: back, legs, cardio 2: rest. go for a walk. 3: cardio or rest. 4: abs (and chin ups if abailable), cardio. 5. rest. go for a walk. 6. chest, triceps, cardio. 7. rest for leg day. or you could do your whole body one-two times a week. build up to 3 times per week. on days off either add cardio if you are recovered enough or just go on a walk. a short 20 min walk works wonders and is essential to maintaining a healthy body. you could even add a walk in the afternoon/evenings after your workouts. try 6 hours after you workout/run. your diet is the most important thing. this is just advice.

People who say you need to lose weight are nutters. I was 17, 165 lbs, and a size 4. The best way to build muscle is to weight train. You dont need a gym membership or anything expensive. Just get some cheap weights. Or use a resistance band. Read a bodybuilding magazine for ideas on how to exercise . You're very thin so you won't end up looking like a bodybuilder.
