How can I go abroad for a work and study?

How can I go to study abroad after 4 years work experience?

• i am Chinese I graduated with a major in Communication from a very general university in 2009 , after that I have been working in internet industry, promoting and operating online product is my job i don't have a high GPA ,nor have enough money to support me to study abroad, but going to place like U.S.A or west Europe to pursue higher education is  a long-cherished wish for me,  based on my experience on internet , i still want to study internet ,is there anyone here could give me some advice?

  Normally, UNI have a scholarship program for International student so you can apply it. If you can't get a scholarship, you better get a job and save the money first and then you can study abroad later. You know many people doesn't have enough money so they are work hard and save the money themselves and then apply UNI later. If you keep your dream, your dream will come true someday.
