How should one spend money and pursuit the happiness?

• When I was in student life, I never understand how much money should I spend? As I never get NO from Mom and Dad and I was very concerned in the way I spend my money. Most of the cases, I just erase experiences for sake of money or sometimes took large time and effort investing experience for preserve money for no reason. Now, I have grown up (current in end of college life - awesome Startup - branded education (MIT-IIT) ). Many institutions are spending huge amount of money and time to make me socialize , provide all type of experiences (entrepreneurial, scientific, networking, clubs and many thing). I feel lucky but feel too much responsible to give some back to the society, And again big concern is that I am not that becoming quick on the decision of money and effort which I should spend.   I have also ruined my friendly social life, by remaining very concerned about money and time. I was highly  selective to go on parties, girl on date , buy gifts and many more and As We  never understand mind and effect of mood , it makes every relation weird. I am not understanding my current laziness towards work and temptation for socialization I am not understanding my past passion, a-way of efforts, emotions towards social cause. I am not understanding  ways to keep the efficiency and gain balance and sound  life and how should I learn to take quick decision without burdening the mind ?  Great entrepreneur are very good in taking decision on a social culture, money. I need it if I want to keep my passion and moments of social happiness.

You need to create a new way of looking at money for yourself, and you are going to have to force the new behavior for a while because the old thought patterns are strong. Create some new patterns for yourself by segregating and designating thirty percent of your income up front immediately as you get it into a new and separate account used solely for social purposes. That money is now gone and spent in your mind as soon as it moves into this account, which is only for socializing. Using it will be guilt free because it is gone. Anything left in that account at the end of the month has to be given to the nearest homeless person you can find. Maybe a friend can help with monitoring and enforcing this. This is not a bad problem to have.
