What are the elements of business system?

I'm a non-technical business dev/creative design based founder with a reasonably developed business model/marketing plan/UX design. What do you feel is my next step?

• I've researched, raised some finance (for marketing/latter stage, through sponsorship), developed a user dev plan, a financing plan and forecasts, fleshed out the idea and most of the UX, psychology and design. The proposed is a platform with site specific real world elements. My b/g is in design/film and business development and I am an active autodidactic but am not at a level of programming to execute the structural back-end of the platform. Besides what I propose is ambitious and even if I were to attempt a prototype, it will be a sorrier one than that achieved with those far more versed -  I also have no interest in going it alone; I value teamwork + other peoples minds. So - I can either: 1. Directly seek stronger traditional equity financing based on my pitch, plan and UX/designs. Then seek the team, possibly doing so using a tender/bid system so we get a compatibility feel for one each other. 2. Seek the team and partially develop a miniature prototype. 3. Alternatives? note: I do realize this falls within a variation of 'non'technical' founder seeks co-founders/team and the myriad combinations.
