    I am just going to say this now, that living in florida is a bit expensive, but not overwhelmingly expensive, also I have read a lot of things saying that Full Sail is just another money grabbing scam disguised as a school.

The cost of living in Orlando can be somewhat high considering you are in an urban area. As for the cost of utilities, that depends on your usage. No one here can really help you with that. If you have a place rented, you can call the utility providers and find out what the average amount of bills are. You do not have a choice when it comes to power, water & sewage, and trash pick up; you have to use the company that is in the area. You may have a choice for cable & internet if your LL will allow you to have satellite service.
