  Getting a job abroad without having the necessary connections is always hard. As a Chinese it's hard to get a job in Switzerland the same way it's hard for me (as a Swiss) to get a job overseas. The question is also, what kind of job are you looking for and what skills (beside speaking Mandarin) do you bring with you. Applying online for specific jobs is one option but I don't think you will be very successful. Getting in touch with people that could endorse you to  people in Switzerland who might be interested in hiring a Chinese girl is probably a lot more successful. Such people can be representatives of a Swiss company, important clients or producers for Switzerland based companies and sometimes personal connections. Tourism is also a sector that is mainly in need of people who could communicate with Chinese guests. Best of luck...
