Having problems adding contacts to a list. Saved some contacts but not all.?

Below is a more detailed description on various issues. ADDING CONTACTS LEFT click on the address when the received email is opened... click on ADD TO CONTACTS...fill in the next box. RIGHT click on the FROM name or the SUBJECT matter in your Inbox before the email is opened and click on ADD SENDER TO CONTACTS. ===================================== If you send an email to someone that is not in your contact list go to the SENT folder...open the email up and click on that address for the option to add it. ===================================== You can manually add a contact to the list by clicking on the CONTACT ICON located above COMPOSE in your inbox screen and then clicking on NEW CONTACT located at the top of the list on the left side. ===================================== ADD A NEW CATEGORY If you want to create a NEW category click on the CONTACT ICON. When the list is displayed click on ASSIGN TO LISTS. Place a check mark in the box next to the box containing NEW LIST.. This will high light the box...label the new category then click on DONE...Now...when you compose, reply or forward an email enter the first letter of the category/name in the box of your choice (TO, CC or BCC) and that category option will appear in the list starting with that letter...click on it to place it in the header in the line of your choice.(TO/CC/BCC) ====================================== HOW TO ADD EMAIL ADDRESS TO A CATEGORY Click on the Contact Icon above COMPOSE on your email page. ..Once your list is displayed place a check mark in the box to the left of the contact name (after you have added it as directed above)... go above and click on ASSIGN TO LISTS...once the list is displayed click on box to the left of the category/ categories you want to add it to (you can add this email address to more than one at this time) click on DONE. ======================================= EDITING/DELETING CONTACTS DELETE ONE CONTACT Click on the CONTACT ICON ....Once displayed.....place a check mark in the empty box to the left of it or click on the address to bring up a DELETE option....click on DELETE MULTIPLE CONTACTS Click on Contact Icon. Place a check mark in the box to the left of all those you want to delete OR place a check mark in the box at the top of your list,which will place a check mark to the left of ALL your contacts. For those that you want to save remove the check mark by clicking on it. Either choice brings up the DELETE option to click on. =======================================... EDIT Click on the CONTACT ICON Once displayed click on EDIT....Click SAVE when done. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++... Deleting a contact as described above does not always delete the same address from the CATEGORY it is in... Open up the Category and delete it from there. =======================================... DELETE DUPLICATES After clicking on the CONTACTS icon ...click of FIX DUPLICATES =======================================...
