How do I export part of my calendar (1 month)?

  • I want to export just the month of May from my Yahoo calendar. I know how to export the whole thing. But, I want to only export a specific time period.

    I want to do this so I can transfer my calendar events over to a Google Calendar. I too am fed up with the Yahoo Calendar. I figured if I could break it up into smaller, more manageable pieces, the export/import would go smoother.

I do not think you can export just a specific time period - Yahoo is SO crude and buggy, they would not give you that added feature. But - you can PRINT it out, and then enter it even by even into whatever you want. Hate to keep grinding on this - but GOOGLE calendars will let you create a second calendar, and "one-click" export certain events to another one - and there you have it - just run the one you WANT. If you tell us more about WHY you want to do this, perhaps we can come up with another work-around for you. But you can always print/scan/save as PDF, or even OCR that calendar and save in a spreadsheet config. Another choice.
