How To Get Listed In Website Informer?

How can I get my career-oriented website listed on a college career center website?

There are many college career center websites that link out to "helpful resources" such as job boards and other career oriented websites. I have called over 30 university career centers to ask if they would list my website. They then had me email over the website URL and a brief description. I did this several months ago, and I don't think any of the career centers ever put up my website. Am I going about this the wrong way? Does anyone have any advice for getting my website listed in the external resources section of these websites?
