I am from a country not included in the list of Google Play's supported locations for merchants. How can I go about opening an account in another country without travelling, while in the same time keeping everything legal?

Is it possible to open a bank account in Germany for example without having to actually go there? I imagine either online account application or some sort of notary sealed package of documents? Also do I have to have a registered company in order to receive payments from Google Play or can I do this as a sole proprietor? Please share your experience with me! It would mean a lot.

Answer:
Consider Hong Kong. I was able to open a company and bank account there without actually going there. You'll probably want to use an agent that specialises in offshore companies.
