  Add a reminder in your Outlook with the task to remind you in six months and add the actual Reddit link to the task. If your smartphone syncs to your email, you will receive notification on your phone. And if you have a smartphone, there an app called 2do - add the reminder there with the URL (you can add contacts, locations, emails, etc and sort by tasks closest to you or what is due soonest). The app syncs to Dropbox or will create an email, etc and you will never forget to check up on a Reddit link again!  http://www.2doapp.com/
