What language has the most complex grammar in the world?

What will be the perils (in the pragmatic sense) of degradation of English Language in the future?

• English language is getting transformed everyday. New words and phrases are showing up while some are forgotten. Though corporate world is still a demanding world when it comes to grammar, the way we use language in our day to day conversations has changed a lot. In the future, will we communicate better or worse? Will we be able to communicate complex ideas with simplicity and clarity? Many a times we dispense with the proper grammar and format simply because of ignorance and not deliberately for the sake of simplicity. If that is the case, doesn't the future look like a meddlesome place to communicate? Here is a link to an answer to a related question. Mr. Baskerville has some suggestions to create a Global Language that makes sense but isn't the transformation of the language driven mainly by non native speakers?

  Languages change all the time, but it has not been observed that usability of a language becomes better or worse in general. There are some changes that reduce usability (for example sound changes that lead to formerly different words now sounding alike), but these are countered by other changes that increase it again (in that example, if two words sound alike, one meaning of the new common word might become unusual, and another, clearly distinct word will be used instead.)
