How to set up a wireless internet connection with my PC?

How do I set my PC to broadcast a WiFi signal so I can use my internet connection tethered from my phone (USB) with other wireless devices?

I know... but its very difficult to implement so why bother. Android has many many different apps for Hotspot sharing... this is your best bet. If the one you had stopped work just download another one for your shitty android phone ---- You will never do it because of two reason: 1.) your too stupid. 2.) you lack knowledge.
