I doubt your story has much truth to it. But even if it is completely as you say, you'd have nothing to sue over because you have no damages. Either way, if you allowed something so minor to ruin your vacation, or even your day, no one is responsible for its ruin but the two of you.

Those are some really sensitive employees. Being told "I love you" is not gay, lmao, it's used quite commonly as "thank you" especially in scenarios like you described. The fact the management came to your room and berated you about it, when you're a guest, I thought that was inappropriate. And homophobic, if we're being honest.
