it probably won't be more than 20-30 minutes. look professional, hair back, natural make-up and a smile. if you have a list of at least 3 references for them to contact and a resume on nice resume paper, it will increase your chances of being hired. as for a tour at the end of the interview and thank them. don't be too eager or desperate for the job, but do do do do send a thank you letter within 24 hours of interviewing summing up the interview in a few small paragraphs, thanking them, and mentioning how much you'd like working for them and why.
