  Anything! You could make millions a year selling microwaves, couches, or even pencils. All it takes is an idea of a product or a variation on a product that is better or at least a competitor to the other in the market. Although you don't have to create your own business to be CEO. If you want to be CEO of a big company like G.E. or G.M. or Coca-Cola, or Amazon, go get a good undergrad from Harvard Princeton Stanford Penn.... even Yale maybe..... Then in your 20s hit up Harvard Business School and if you work hard from there you can immediately jump high up in the corporate latter. If you don't want to do all that, then you have to think of a business model yourself. Anything you think you can make and sell for cheaper or better than your competitors, try to invent it or market it and see if it takes. Some guy made 4 million selling pet rocks just because he had the business savvy.
