Where can I find a government job?

How does it feel when you can't find a job or lose a job because of an impotent government?

• I just completed my engineering in information technology from Hyderabad, India. Four years back, there were enough companies in Hyderabad. Now, thanks to all the Telengana bandhs and strikes, so many companies moved out of Hyderabad because of the continuous indefinite holidays. Added to the the acute shortage of power, new companies are avoiding the city like the plague. I'm indifferent to the Telengana issue. It makes little or no difference to me as to what the name of my state is. But now, it's turned my life topsy turvy. No companies want to hire. The few ones who are hiring are quite satisfied with the top 1%-2% of candidates. Wherever I go, I'm rejected without much feedback. Even other candidates who seem extremely good are rejected. My parents ask me, "Is it for this that we paid lakhs of rupees for your education?" I have no good explanation. As they say, failure permits no alibis. So how does it feel when you're laid off due to the goddamned government not taking some strong measures?
