  • hi everyone. here is my problem. i opened a facebook page for our company. and opened a fake account to manage that page. cause i dont wanna use my own account to use that page. and today i purchase 2 days facebook advertisement. after that my problems start. 1. on the purchase page writes 1 day 10 usd. and i choose 2 days from calender but in the payment page system didnt show me the total amount i just write credit card details then it took me to advertisement admin page. in that page writes total cost and people who liked. now i wanna ask about payment... will i pay for every person who liked my page or what even happen i ll just pay 10 usd for each day? and now second and biggest problem. facebook blocked that fake account and now it wants ID. but i dont have ID to show and thıs account was only admın in our  company's page? now what should i do to get that account back?

  • Answer:

That bites! From what I know you can't retrieve fake name accounts without ID verification. Do you still have access to the email you used when you signed up that account? You should be able to trigger a reset using that. I know it's late, but once you do regain control of your account, or even if you stat again... you might find my article on FB backups useful. http://bit.ly/19AYNpV
