Is all India divided into sectors?

Can India revive the Glory days of Pre-Colonial era in this Modern, Corrupted, Divided, Short-Minded society?

• India today literally is dominated by thoughts and views of the Western world without even thinking once of its relevance here. On the other hand there are people who strongly think about sticking with the roots without understanding what our roots are. Overall, we have India with billions of residents confused about what way of life and philosophy is rational and end up following the crowd lead by the corrupted and the selfish - not only politicians, even the most innocent human beings in our country - an average middle class person. How do you change this? How can I as an individual convince a billion people to think selfishly as 'We the people of India' and not as 'I, ____ of ____ family of _____ caste, _____ religion, belonging to ____ state, earning _____ per annum, am proud of what I am and have the right to think about I and Me'? Everytime, some problem arises, we blame the governments. How much have we done to change the society? What would you do?
