How can I remove the noise generated by the strings of my guitar?

Or, if you mean the squeek when you move your finger down (round wound) strings, you could try flat wound strings, like jazz players use. They are less bright but make very little finger noise.

"noise generated by the strings of my guitar" ...eh isn't making "noise" the point of the strings? I'm guessing you don't want to illuminate the notes, right!? Here's what you might be talking about: Fret buzz - caused by poor guitar setup, strings vibrating against frets Note "rattle" - caused by poor technique, not fretting a note solidly enough String squeak - not much you can do here except to use flatwounds try to be more specific

That is called fret buzz.  More than likely you have to get the guitar set-up.  If you do, go to a major guitar store like Sam Ash.  While I like small shops, nothing beats the technicians at something like a Guitar Center or Sam Ash. Sometimes techs are really technical.  So, just explain it like you did here and ask if a set-up is important.  The guitar adjusts to the weather.  Usually people have their guitar set-up twice a year depending on use.  One during winter and the other during summer.
