Gyms and Workout Facilities: What is the best type of incentive program to implement for employees?

• I am trying to develop an employee incentive program to reward employees for their work. Any suggestions? Some that you may have implemented or know someone else that has used before? I work in a community center that has a fitness center and pool, along with other amenities available.

  Well I've got a thought. It's a win win situation. Reward your employees by giving them paid time at a coffee shop, where you ask them to do only one thing. Think about ways that might make the company better, or think about any kind of project that interests them, that might make the company better. In other words, they get paid to think. See Daniel Pink's book Drive, which is all about how some reward programs back fire, yet how some have surprisingly made companies shoot ahead by light years because employees were given time to work on their own projects. Read this book. It will help you immensely in solving your problem.
