Does the west have better education than the south?

What can be done to improve the current education system in West Bengal?

• I mean the system is total shit. I am a student there. The people here aim for mass education but poor quality.  no good practicals 30% good and educated teachers in school 25 year old syllabus to be reviewed every 25-30 years. I mean so they want to ruin our lives. some fat established in 1930 is being taught though it has been proved wrong . No up to date examples. Nothing. Teacher's think that marks are their father's property.

  I can understand. I have been through the same. According to me, only one thing can change this. There is an old saying: If you don't like a rule follow it, reach the top and then change it.! This the the only way out.
