What other methods like Paypal are there?

Which subscription billing/management services in Europe also manage alternative payment methods like ELV, Paypal, Bank transfer, etc?

  • For a new B2B subscription business due to launch in Europe throughout Q2 2013 I am looking for the perfect subscription payment/billing partner. Companies like Braintree or Recurly apparently come close to what I am looking for - easy payments (via API), invoice and subscriber management, automated billing, etc. The one significant problem that I think holds for both Braintree and Recurly as well as most of their competition I looked at is: As far as I understand it correctly, their services only work for credit card payments. In Europe that's simply not enough - there have to be other payment methods in order not to lose a significant share of potential customers during checkout. Anyone have an idea or experience with a subscription service that can manage payment methods like ELV, Paypal, bank transfer, etc? So far I was only able to identifiy http://payone.de (financegate business)...but they are really web 1.0...
