Where can I get free sales training?

What is a good source to get some basic sales 101 training and have a sales roadmap to follow?  Either in-person or online system on a regular, scheduled basis.

  • I have a person in my small business that wants to move into an outside sales role.  Perfect personality for it, but has never held a position.  Need an ongoing training program for sales overview, philosophy, and role playing to help hone her skills when on appointments and meeting with decision makers.
