I have been learning SEO techniques for about 4 years, I first start learning from some SEO blog, Youtube videos, and some online free resources here and there. But later I realized most of online resources are not authentic, it is hard to find decent free resources online these days. So I recommend the best way to learn SEO techniques is to buy books on Amazon, just do a search with keywords 'SEO', find best sellers SEO books, read both positive and negative reviews, buy one to read on it. I think the content in book is way better than most online free resources. best of all, it is quite cheap also.
