Is it possible to embed a Google+ or Facebook page into a website?
-
I am looking for something like Vanilla Forum's <embed> version which allows one to 'embed' a fully functional community into its own website. Disqus and LiveFyre come close, but they really are more like comment systems than an "embedded community in a box". Is there any way to embed a Google+ or Facebook Page such that it can act as ones go-to place for outgoing posts (like micro-blogs) but also enable a stream of communications and interaction (say on the home page of ones site). Are there any alternative solutions which do?

Answer:
Not in the integrated way you are thinking. Google+ and Facebook want you on their sites interacting. You could always try some simple like an iframe.
