Is it possible to excludes mobile devices from my current google adwords campaign? As my Game Product only supported Windows OS and the click rate from mobile devices are higher than Computer and for sure the Bounce Rate are high which is around 80?

Yes, you can exclude mobile devices in Google AdWords campaigns. The bid modifiers allow you to go to -100% on mobile.
