How to Fetch Gmail Contacts?

What are the ways of capturing Gmail contacts in Highrise?

  • Copying and pasting new Gmail contacts into new Highrise contacts becomes tedious as more new leads or prospects arrive at the start of the sales pipeline. I would like to know what plugins or integrations (possibly within Gmail) that allow Gmail contacts to be conveniently pushed as Highrise contacts.

We make it easy to add new contacts to Highrise from incoming emails and sync them back to all your teammates. We also offer a Gmail extension to easily interact with your Highrise data in Gmail. We have a great bi-directional syncing solution for this. Yoxel allows syncing based on filters. For example, if you add a contact in Google under a filter (that has been specified in Yoxel to specify a contact to be synced with Highrise) Yoxel will automatically do this. Check this out here: http://www.yoxel.com/highrise-sync/. The great thing about Yoxel is that once you set it up, it will run automatically with intervals of up to every 10 minutes. If you have Gmail on your phone, all your contacts there will also be synced with Highrise. Hope this helps!
